Packages + Pricing

Every HUM client is unique, so we've crafted hourly packages and monthly retainer options for using our services.  Choose the one that works best for you or, if you'd prefer, connect with us so we can design a customized package that meets your needs perfectly.

~Hourly Packages~

Purchase a block of hours and use them at any time for up to 90 days. Get in touch with us when a need arises, knowing that you have hours "in the bank".

5-Hour Package

Good for 90 Days

~Monthly Retainers~

Monthly retainer packages include our highest level of service and offer exclusive benefits and discounts.  You'll know exactly how many hours of service you'll receive each week/month and can be confident that we'll have guaranteed availability for you.

PLEASE NOTE: Monthly retainers require an initial three-month commitment and are then month-to-month. Client account will be billed at the first of every month.

***Hourly packages are purchased upfront and remain on credit for 90 days.

**Retainer packages are an automatic recurring subscription, for a minimum of 3 months. After that, retainer engagements are on a month-to-month basis.  Billing occurs at the first of every month. We ask for 30 days notice for any cancellations.

​

All prices include the first 20 miles of travel. After that, mileage is $1.25 per mile.  We'll discuss any estimated overage with you BEFORE we begin. No one likes surprises.

Prior to beginning any task, we will provide you with a time estimate for completion.

 

We provide all clients with regular monthly statements so you’ll know exactly how your hours you used.

​

For any purchases we make on your behalf, we simply ask that the purchases be pre-paid by you or charged to your card on file.  Company policy does not allow any concierge to pay out of pocket for client purchases. 

​

Our standard hours are Monday to Friday 8:00am to 6:00pm. Tasks outside of these hours will be charged after-hours and weekend rates.

 

We ask for as much notice as possible for requests, with a minimum 48 hours notice. We are often able to accommodate last minute requests, based on concierge availability. We offer our retainer clients priority for last minute requests, with our 20-hour-a-week retainer clients receiving first priority.  We strive to offer as much flexibility as possible, but availability is not always guaranteed.

Your personal concierge can work in your home, office, or virtually, during business hours.

​

Monthly hours do not roll over.  We are happy to discuss special circumstances and exceptions..

​

All services are billed in 15 minutes increments for in office tasks and  45 minute increments for out of office tasks.
