The HUM Concierge Story

At the height of her successful consulting career, Sarah Robinson began wondering what her future could look like if she stepped away from her grueling grind of flights far from home, challenging c-suite meetings and a speaking schedule that required her to miss important time with her children.  Growing up in a small rural community in South Alabama, she never dreamed she’d have this kind of success – and yet, something was out of sync.  

 

So, after more than 20 years of owning her own corporate consulting practice and with no specific plan in mind, she quit.  As a single mom with no financial backstop, this was a gutsy move but it forced her to get scrappy and resourceful  - and create something brand new.

Drawing on both her childhood spent watching the most elegant, gracious women in her little town lead beautiful lives and her experience watching corporate executives carry impossible loads and struggle with what Sarah calls “a very real time famine”, she opened the doors of HUM Concierge in April of 2023, with Tracy Sproule joining as Partner and COO in 2026. 

 

As Alabama’s first boutique lifestyle management firm, HUM serves a discerning clientele of executives, families, and individuals who want more margin, less mental load, and a trusted partner to manage the details of life with the same way they would - if they had the time.

With a tailored, relationship forward approach, Sarah, Tracy and their professional, experienced team spend time learning about each client, their vision, rhythms, preferences and priorities in order to provide a high-touch, elegant experience. Today, HUM Concierge is proud to serve clients in Birmingham and Huntsville, Alabama—and is quietly redefining what it means to live a life elegantly and effortlessly managed.
