OUR STORY
Sarah Robinson founded HUM Concierge in 2023 with a clear vision: that discerning professionals and families deserved more than a patchwork of services; they deserved one trusted partner who could handle it all.
In March 2026, Tracy Sproule joined as COO and business partner. Because of her belief in HUM's concept and business model, she cold-emailed Sarah to discuss being a part of it and joined the executive team shortly thereafter.
Together, they bring decades of combined experience in corporate consulting, law, and operations. And a shared conviction, rooted in their small-town Alabama upbringings, that a beautiful life is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself.
