OUR STORY
Sarah Robinson founded HUM Concierge in 2023 with a clear vision: that busy professionals and families deserved more than a patchwork of services — they deserved one trusted partner who could handle it all.
In March 2026, Tracy Sproule joined as COO and business partner. She didn't wait to be introduced. She cold-emailed Sarah because she believed in what HUM was building — and wanted to be part of it.
Together, they bring decades of combined experience in corporate consulting, law, and operations. And a shared conviction, rooted in their small-town Alabama upbringings, that a beautiful life is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself.
