HUM Home Watch provides clients who are away for business or vacation with regularly scheduled visits to their home. Each visit includes a thorough property walk-through, lights and blinds change up, mail management and more.
HOW IT WORKS

A member of our concierge team visits your home at regularly scheduled intervals and works through a checklist tailored to your specific needs.

After each visit, you receive an email that includes tasks completed, observation notes and any questions we have for you.

If something needs attention immediately, we will communicate quickly and send pictures. Before we take any action, we will ask you if you'd like it fixed now, observed on the next visit or fixed later.
